Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Who this covers
This policy covers dmwebservices, a web design service run by Danny Manning ("I", "me"). If you contact me through this site or buy a package, this explains what personal data I collect and what happens to it.
What I collect
If you use the enquiry form, I collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, company name and project details. If you buy a package through one of the "Get started" buttons, payment is handled entirely by Stripe - I never see or store your card details.
What I use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and discussing your project
- Delivering a package you've paid for and getting in touch to start the work
- Keeping basic records for accounting purposes where a payment has been made
I don't use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and I don't sell it to anyone.
Who I share it with
- FormSubmit.co - processes the enquiry form and forwards submissions to my email.
- Stripe - processes card payments securely for paid packages. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
- GitHub Pages / Cloudflare - host and serve this website, and provide basic security. They may log standard technical data (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting.
How long I keep it
Enquiry and project details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a project, then deleted. Basic transaction records may be kept longer where required for accounting purposes.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@dmwebservices.co.uk and I'll sort it out.
Changes to this policy
I may update this page occasionally as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
